A lady of 55 yrs presented to our OPD with pus discharge and difficulty in opening of mouth since 20 days associated with fever. On examination an extraoral sinus over the left body region with an active discharge of pus was present. She gave a history of extraction of the left 2nd molar 22 days ago. OPG revealed a typical “moth-eaten appearance”
